Traditional wellbeing programs often lack cohesion and actionable data. With Vista, founders aimed to create an intuitive employee wellness solution that combines science-backed wellness tools with analytics to create meaningful change. The app delivers personalized programs, interactive challenges, and insights for employees, while equipping organizations with real-time data to refine their strategies.
Development
Using Flutter, we built Vista to support a wide array of features while maintaining performance and security.
Including such personalized content as Vista wanted to achieve was a challenge, making us think outside the box and redesign the way we create pages to allow for more customizable content.
In the end, we created a robust product with use-friendly interface that gets employees off the metaphorical couch while giving companies a chance to reduce employee attrition.
